For us to get back contact with you, we require your name and email address to reply. We will not require any more details at this stage.

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

Calling our phone lines:
Our UK phone line 0844 884 3108 will cost 7.5p per minute, plus your telephone provider charge and you will need to check with your telephone provider for their charges of calling an 0844 number. Calling the phone number will put you through to John Rushton who is based in the UK, and will take necessary details from you including your name and possibly email address and then discard of them when your enquiry is dealt with. All information is confidential.

Personal data the website automatically captures:
The website automatically captures your IP Address, which is the method or protocol by which data is sent from one computer to another on the Internet. The reason this is done, is to block attempts to hack or crash the website and records their location. None of the data is used for marketing purposes.

Consent:
By submitting your personal information to us, you signify your consent to our using the information to contact you.
